Pumpkin Pie Spiced Rum Balls
Pumpkin pie flavor rolled into bite sized balls and infused with spiced rum.

ground (1 box)
Ground / Crushed Pecans
+ 2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
+ 1/8 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
+ 1 Tbsp. Light Brown Sugar
Light Corn Syrup
Grind nuts and wafers.
Pour into large mixing bowl and add 1 cup powdered sugar.
Add 1/4 cup brown sugar.
Combine together corn syrup, pumpkin, and 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice.
Pour over dry mixture.
Work in wet ingredients with a fork or pastry cutter tool (like you would with butter) until crumbly.
Add spiced rum.
Work together until combined and can be rolled into small balls.
Combine powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
Using a tablespoon or small scoop, take dough and roll into 1 inch balls.
Roll dough in powdered sugar mixture and lay on wax paper in a lightly open container.
Let dough balls air over night for alcohol to set and evaporate. After, store in air tight container.
