There are many situations happening these days that make us realize how much God has been taken out of our lives, our country, our schools, etc. What if the essential businesses that are still open began to change that? What if they chose to be bold for Christ rather than fearful of nonbelievers who are driven by Satan? What if they chose to share messages of hope rather than messages of fear?
What if Essential Businesses Began the Change
Right now most businesses are shuttered. Only those considered essential are open. Even schools aren’t considered essential because their doors have been closed. What if those businesses that are currently still open chose to bring God back to our daily lives? What if essential businesses said enough is enough we need to bring God back. I know not every business out there is owned or managed by a Christian/Believer, but what if those essential businesses there are chose to be the change. Our country desperately needs God back in our daily routine.
What if Essential Businesses were Bold for Christ
Being bold for Christ isn’t an easy task. Christ himself said that we would be hated because of our belief in Him. However, what if essential businesses were to be bold for Christ.
proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance.

What if the owners and managers were to put their faith in Christ and not the fear caused by the devil through nonbelievers complaining.
Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

What if Christian Believer owners and managers of essential businesses put on the Armor of God and chose to step out in faith that God is greater than he (the devil) who is in the world.
What if Essential Businesses Shared Messages of Hope not Fear
Today we hear over the load speaker at stores reminders to wash our hands and stay six feet apart. What if, instead of messages of fear, essential businesses chose to share messages of hope.
For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

What if they chose to stream Christian music to uplift the spirits of the down trodden in their stores. What if they chose to stream audio Bible with messages of strength, comfort, and grace.
What if Essential Businesses Made a Difference for God
We know churches have gone viral, and that more Bibles have been sold, and Bible Apps by the millions have been downloaded. However, what about people who may not have access to those mediums, or choose not to tune in to them. What if essential businesses chose to make a difference for God by being that first shining of God’s light for these people. What if even one essential business owned or managed by a Christian Believer is what it takes to make the difference in even one person’s life for Christ.
In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

This is a time in our country like no other in our lifetime. We have the opportunity to share Christ’s love more than ever and people are listening because they are scared and searching for peace and hope. Essential businesses are frontline to many of these people.
