- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 16 oz can Pineapple Rings
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 1 Dash Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Slice roll bunch in half using a serrated or very sharp knife.
- Mix together Mayonnaise and Sweet Chili Sauce.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture on rolls; top and bottom.
- Place 6 slices of Swiss Cheese on bottom half of rolls.
- Layer Ham on top of cheese.
- Strain Pineapple.
- Place rings of Pineapple on top of ham.
- Layer remaining cheese slices on top of pineapple.
- Place top layer of rolls on bottom layer of rolls and press down lightly.
- Melt Butter.
- Stir in Onion Powder and Red Pepper Flakes.
- Brush lightly over top of each sandwich.
- Heat in a 300 degree oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Rolls are gooey after heating and tend to slide apart. You can pre-slice the rolls before heating if that is easier. Or, use toothpicks to hold the rolls together or heat rolls in a baking dish rather than on a sheet.
- If you want more red pepper flakes, sprinkle more on top after spreading butter mixture.
