Slow Cooker Easy Four Bean Chili
Easy, four bean chili with homemade chili seasoning.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 14.5 oz can Kidney Beans drained + rinsed
- 1 14.5 oz can Red Kidney Beans drained + rinsed
- 1 14.5 oz can Pinto Beans drained +rinsed
- 1 14.5 oz can Chili Beans drained + rinsed
- 2 14.5 oz cans Petite Diced Tomatoes + Juice
- 2 26 oz cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 each small Jalapeno Pepper minced
- 1/4 cup Chili Seasoning
- 1/8 cup Chili Seasoning
- 4 Tbs Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat skillet with 4 Tbs. Olive Oil.
- Add Ground Beef and 1/8 cup Chili Seasoning and brown.
- Remove Ground Beef from burner and set aside.
- To crockpot add Tomato Sauce, Kidney Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Pinto Beans, Chill Beans, Petite Dice Tomatoes, Jalapeno Pepper, and ¼ cup Chili Seasoning.
- Stir.
- Add browned Ground Beef.
- Cook on High for 2 hours then stir.
- Cook on High for 1-2 more hours, until steamy hot.
Notes
Drain the meat before adding to the crockpot. The beef may have released fat and juices. Serve with toppings such as cheese, Corn nuts, sour cream. Goes great with cornbread!
Steps
Heat skillet with Olive Oil. Add Ground Beef.
Add 1/8 cup Chili Seasoning and brown.
Remove from burner once browned.
Drain all beans.
To crockpot add Tomato Sauce and Petite Dice Tomatoes.
Add Kidney Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Pinto Beans, and Chill Beans.
Add Jalapeno Pepper.
Add ¼ cup Chili Seasoning.
Stir and add browned Ground Beef.
Stir.
Cook on High for 2 hours then stir.
Cook on High for 1-2 more hours, until steamy hot. Serve with any toppings desired.
