Sixlets Spring Easter Brownies Recipe

Easy, spring brownies made from Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix, Sixlets, and canned frosting. Simple, delicious, cheerful.

Easy, delicious milk chocolate brownies made with brownie mix, Sixlets, and canned frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Brownie Mix
  • 1 can Purple Frosting
  • 3 cups Sixlets spring colors
  • 2 each Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • ½ cup Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Place brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs into a bowl.
  • Stir until blended.
  • Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
  • Pour in brownie batter.
  • Top with 1 ½ cups sixlets.
  • Bake brownies according box instructions.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely.
  • Cover with frosting.
  • Top with remaining Sixlets.

Notes

To keep Sixlets from completely melting, bake brownies without Sixlets for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, top with Sixlets, and return to oven.

Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper.

Pour in brownie batter.

Top with 1 ½ cups Sixlets.

Bake brownies according box instructions.

Remove from oven and cool completely. Cover with frosting.

Top with remaining Sixlets.
