Sea Salt & Vinegar Wings
Easy Sea Salt & Vinegar Wings
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Party Chicken Wings
- 1 16 oz bottle Vegetable Oil
- 1/8 cup Firehouse Pantry Sea Salt & Vinegar Seasoning
Instructions
- Pour full bottle of Vegetable Oil into large sauce pan or Dutch Oven.
- Heat oil to 375 degrees
- Add Chicken Wings in batches. (For a small sauce pan 4-6 wings at a time.)
- Fry for 7 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on a parchment paper lined pan.
- Put pan in oven on WARM while remaining wings fry.
- Repeat for all wings.
- Once all wings are done, place wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with Sea Salt Vinegar Seasoning.
- Toss wings until well coated.
- Serve on a plate while still hot.
Notes
If the oil is slightly higher than 375 it is ok, as the oil cools a tad when the chicken is added. Add as much, or as little, seasoning to the chicken as desired for a good sea salt & vinegar flavor. If seasoning appears to stick to the bowl, sprinkle individual wings with seasoning instead of tossing in a bowl. We found the seasoning at Firehouse Pantry.
