Cuisine: American
Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Party Chicken Wings
  • 1 16 oz bottle Vegetable Oil
  • 1/8 cup Firehouse Pantry Sea Salt & Vinegar Seasoning

Instructions

  • Pour full bottle of Vegetable Oil into large sauce pan or Dutch Oven.
  • Heat oil to 375 degrees
  • Add Chicken Wings in batches. (For a small sauce pan 4-6 wings at a time.)
  • Fry for 7 minutes.
  • Remove from oil and drain on a parchment paper lined pan.
  • Put pan in oven on WARM while remaining wings fry.
  • Repeat for all wings.
  • Once all wings are done, place wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with Sea Salt Vinegar Seasoning.
  • Toss wings until well coated.
  • Serve on a plate while still hot.

Notes

If the oil is slightly higher than 375 it is ok, as the oil cools a tad when the chicken is added. Add as much, or as little, seasoning to the chicken as desired for a good sea salt & vinegar flavor. If seasoning appears to stick to the bowl, sprinkle individual wings with seasoning instead of tossing in a bowl. We found the seasoning at Firehouse Pantry.

Pour full bottle of Vegetable Oil into large sauce pan or Dutch Oven.

Add Chicken Wings in batches. (For a small sauce pan 4-6 wings at a time.)

Once all wings are done, place wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with Sea Salt Vinegar Seasoning.
