- 4 slices Muenster Cheese
- 4 slices Green Bell Pepper
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- Olive Oil
Instructions

- Combine until well mixed.
- Form into four patties.
- Heat griddle and grease with oil or butter.
- Place patties on griddle and cook until fully brown on both sides. (Press on patties as they cook to release extra fat from Chorizo.)
- Core and slice the Green Bell Pepper.
- Heat Panini griddle.
- Place patty on bun.
- Top with Cheese, Chilies, and Bell Pepper.
- Brown for 1-2 minutes on Panini griddle.
- Serve hot with condiments such as lettuce, tomato, or anything else you like.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling the Chorizo. It is messy and can stain your fingers.
- Use hot green chilies or jalapenos for an extra kick.
- Add Tapatio on top of the burger for even more kick!
- Press the burger patties as they brown. Chorizo is very fatty and this will get the extra fat and liquid out.
