Mini Sausages & Cheese Breakfast Egg Bake
Mini, smoked sausages and shredded cheese make a quick, make ahead breakfast.
Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
- 1 package Hillshire Farms Beef Lit’l Smokies® Sausages
- 1 16 oz. container liquid Egg or 12 eggs beaten
- 1 cup shredded Mexican Mix Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Cut Beef Lit’l Smokies® in thirds using a knife or kitchen scissors.
- Heat frying pan with 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Add Beef Lit’l Smokies® and fry until slightly brown.
- Pour Beef Lit’l Smokies® into a 9x9 baking dish.
- Top with shredded Mexican Mix Cheese.
- Pour beaten Eggs over the cheese and sausages.
- Place baking dish into oven.
- Bake egg mixture for 30-35 minutes until egg mixture is firm and lightly brown on top.
- Serve warm or slice into pieces and serve later.
Notes
Use Sharp, mild cheddar, or Jack cheese to change up the flavor. Add vegetables for a heartier bake.
