Just Toppings Salad
Crunchy, healthy salad made with all vegetables and Broccoli Slaw.
Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli Slaw
- 1 each Red Bell Pepper
- 1 each Green Bell Pepper
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 each Cucumber
- 2-3 cups Any other vegetables you like
Instructions
- Place Broccoli Slaw into large bowl.
- Chop all vegetables and add to bowl.
- Serve chilled with dressings and toppings of choice.
Notes
You can store this salad in a covered container in the fridge for about four days.
Steps
Place Broccoli Slaw into large bowl.
Chop mixed vegetables.
Add to the bowl.
Chop red and green bell peppers and celery.
Add to the bowl.
Chop Cucumbers.
Add to bowl.
Serve chilled with dressings and toppings of choice.
