All vegetable salad made with the toppings found at salad bars – without the fluff of lettuce.

Crunchy, healthy salad made with all vegetables and Broccoli Slaw.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli Slaw
  • 1 each Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 each Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 each Cucumber
  • 2-3 cups Any other vegetables you like

Instructions

  • Place Broccoli Slaw into large bowl.
  • Chop all vegetables and add to bowl.
  • Serve chilled with dressings and toppings of choice.

Notes

You can store this salad in a covered container in the fridge for about four days.
