French fried onions and onion soup mix combine to make a flavorful and easy meatloaf.

French Onion Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 2 each Eggs stirred. (or Egg Beaters)
- 2 cups Heinz Ketchup
- 2 cups French Fried Onions
- 1 packet Onion Soup Mix
- 3 tsps. Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl add Ground Beef.
- Add 1 cup Ketchup, 1 cup French Fried Onions, Onion Soup Mix, Salt, Pepper, and 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce, and Eggs.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Line baking sheet with foil and place a broiler top or cooking rack on top.
- Spray rack with non-stick spray.
- Mold beef mixture into loaf and place on top of rack.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- In mixing bowl combine 1 cup Ketchup, Mustard, 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce, and Brown Sugar.
- Remove loaf from oven.
- Using paper towels, blot off excess fat.
- Top loaf with ketchup mixture.
- Top with remaining French Fried Onions.
- Bake 10 more minutes to warm topping and brown onions.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.

Steps
