Combining cereal and brownie mix to make delicious, fun dessert bars for Halloween.
Count Chocula Brownie Bars
Ingredients
- 1 box Brownie Mix
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup Water
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 4 cups Count Chocula
- 2 ½ cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1 ¾ jars Marshmallow Fluff about 4 cups
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Instructions
Brownie Layer
- Prepare brownie mix according to box instructions.
- Stir in ¼ cup Marshmallow Fluff.
- Add in ½ cup White Chocolate Chips
- Add in 1 cup Count Chocula.
- Pour into 13×9 pan lined with parchment paper and coated in non-stick spray.
- Bake at 350 F for 28 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
Topping
- Heat 2-3 Tbs. butter in a double boiler.
- Add 2 cups White Chocolate Chips.
- Add 1 ½ jars Marshmallow Fluff.
- Add 3 cups Count Chocula.
- Spoon over brownies.
- Let set then serve.
Notes
- The topping is thick. It won’t spread. It must be spooned in small portions over the brownie layer.
Steps
Add Brownie Mix to a large mixing bowl.
Add Egg, Water, and Oil.
Stir until well combined.

Stir in ¼ cup Marshmallow Fluff.

Add in ½ cup White Chocolate Chips.

Add in 1 cup Count Chocula.

Pour into 13×9 pan lined with parchment paper and coated in non-stick spray.

Bake at 350 F for 28 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Heat butter in double boiler.

Add 2 cups White Chocolate Chips and 1 ½ jars Marshmallow Fluff. Stir until smooth and blended.

Add 3 cups Count Chocula.

Spoon over brownies to form a smooth layer over entire brownie layer.
Let set then cut into squares. Store in container until ready to serve.
