A cinnamon candy and white chocolate, yellow cake spiked with Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, Easy and made from cake mix.
Cinnamon Whiskey Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 cup Hard Cinnamon Candies
- 1 cup Mini White Chocolate Chips
- 3 each Eggs
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Whiskey
- 1 can White Frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place cake mix, water, oil, and eggs into a bowl.
- Add Cinnamon Whiskey.
- Stir until blended.
- Coat a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray and pour in cake batter.
- Bake cake for 10 minutes.
- Place hard candies into a Ziploc bag.
- Crush candies into small pieces.
- Separate candy pieces from candy dust.
- Remove cake from oven.
- Top with crushed candies and white chocolate chips.
- Return cake to oven and bake until cake is done. (per cake box instructions)
- Remove cake from oven and let cool.
- Once the cake is cool, cover with frosting.
- Top with hard candy dust.
- Top with remaining crushed candy.
- Let sit for 24 hours so Cinnamon Whiskey flavor infuses the cake.

Steps

Once the cake is cool, cover with frosting.
Using a strainer, sprinkle hard candy dust over the entire cake.
Top with remaining crushed candy.
Let sit for 24 hours so Cinnamon Whiskey flavor infuses the cake.
