Chocolate mint pie filling and cake mix make a simple, yummy dessert!
Chocolate & Crème de Menthe Dump Cake
Ingredients
- ½ box Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 can Chocolate Mint Pie Filling
- 16 each Andes Crème de Menthe candies
- ½ bag Mint Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup Butter melted
Instructions
- Pour Pie Filling into 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
- Place Crème de Menthe candies across top of pie filling.
- Using a strainer, sift Chocolate Cake Mix over top of Crème de Menthe candies.
- Sprinkle Mint Chocolate Chips over top of Cake Mix.
- Pour melted Butter over top of Mint Chocolate Chips.
- Bake at 350 F degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
You can make this dessert ahead and keep chilled in the fridge. Reheat when ready to serve.
If you can’t find Mint Chocolate Pie Filling you can use Chocolate Pudding/Pie Filling and add mint flavoring to it.
If you can’t find Mint Chocolate Pie Filling you can use Chocolate Pudding/Pie Filling and add mint flavoring to it.
Steps
Pour Pie Filling into 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish and spread evenly across dish bottom.
Place Crème de Menthe candies across top of pie filling.
Using a strainer, sift Chocolate Cake Mix over top of Crème de Menthe candies.

Sprinkle Mint Chocolate Chips over top of Cake Mix.
Pour melted Butter evenly over top of Mint Chocolate Chips.
Bake at 350 F degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and serve warm.
