A blend of peppers to make slow cooker Barbacoa chicken or beef.

Barbacoa Seasoning Big Batch

A spicy blend of peppers and other spices to make Barbacoa.

Ingredients

  • .625 oz. Black Pepper
  • 1.5 oz. Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 oz. Chili Powder
  • 2.12 oz. Chipotle Pepper Flakes or Ground
  • 1.62 oz. Cumin
  • 3.4 oz. Garlic Powder
  • 3.25 oz. Onion Powder
  • 2.5 oz. Paprika
  • 1.75 oz. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2.05 oz. White Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl or spice jar.
  • Stir to mix.
  • Store in air tight container.

Notes

  • Use an old spice container to mix and shake and then transfer to a fancier jar if desired. Add or subtract spices based on what you prefer. (e.g. More heat - add more hot pepper)
  • Change up the hot peppers and give it your own unique flavor.
  • Ingredients made simple (1 jar/bottle of each spice = the ounces)
