Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs
Crushed bacon bits and shredded cheese combined with ground beef to serve in pasta, sandwiches, or as an appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese any kind
- 1 cup Cooked Bacon
- 1 each Egg
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Chop bacon into tiny bits (as close to crushed as possible).
- Place cheese, bacon, beef, and egg into a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Roll beef mixture into 1 inch sized meatballs.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
Notes
Add to your favorite pasta dish. Make a meatball sandwich. Freeze for later.
