I haven’t baked, cooked, or done much kitchen-y stuff for a while. November and December were crazy. January and February I was traveling.

At it again folks! Fudge seems to be my choice of sweet these days. When I find an easy recipe my brain goes a hundred miles a minute on how many flavors I can concoct!
This time it is Fluffernutter. That’s right! I decided to take the flavor of that famous, childhood favorite sandwich and put it into fudge!

I have had a bottle of Limoncello in my fridge and I thought a cheesecake would be a great way to use it. And, Lemon Oreos always call my name in the store, so what better way to add extra lemon-ness to a Lemon Cheesecake!

HA! LOL! And oh how I grinned.
I told my husband that I would make something chocolate-y for them next. Then my brain went to work. I had to think of a dessert that was overboard chocolate and would floor them.

Malted milk has a unique flavor that is difficult to describe, but it adds this underlying taste to chocolate that makes you feel like you are back at the ice cream counter at your local drugstore.
Ah, the days of soda fountains and ice cream at the five-n-dime.
Now we love to go to our local fast food joint and get a malted milk chocolate shake on a warm summer day (and sometimes during the winter just because).
