This omelet recipe is SO easy! I have tried for years (ok, maybe only the last few years of my marriage) to make yummy omelets, like the ones you can get at a restaurant. The eggs are smooth, the omelet shell is the same thickness all around, the egg is done (not runny), and not burned.
Based on my descriptions you’ve probably figured out my omelets have been pretty much on the side of flop.
